Rules for haul-out customers

  • Please do not dispose of cigarettes on the ground.
  • All vessels hauled must be insured. No insurance on vessel, then owner or owners must sign a damage release document.
  • Only the vessel owners or contractors approved by Sadler Point Marina are allowed to work on owner’s vessel while hauled out or docked at Sadler Point Marina.
  • Work will be allowed on vessels hauled out and blocked on the open travel lift area or wet storage area between the hours 8am through 7pm.
  • Bottom sanding should be done with vacuum sanders only, see office about rentals.
  • Customers are not allowed in the dry storage facility.
  • At the end of each workday, customers shall cleanup their work area and place trash in cans provided.
  • Spray Nozzles shall be used with water hoses at all times and are available for purchase in our ship’s store.
  • Only employees of Sadler Point Marina are allowed to move the vessel balance stands. This is a no charge item.
  • Any and all other posted rules are to be strictly adhered to.
  • Violation of any the above rules will result in immediate cancellation and eviction of the vessel.
  • All charges must be paid before vessel is launched.
